What would you do? This role is responsible to execution of trade planning activities with relevant trade platform, supporting for any required trade planning scenarios along with execution tracking against the set objectives. The Trade Planning & Operation Executive will support the Trade Manager in executing and maintaining trade system operations, ensuring accurate cycle planning uploads, system administration, and platform coordination. This role is critical in enabling smooth execution of trade campaigns and maintaining data integrity across trade platforms

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of working experience in FMCG industry

Specific experience on Trade Marketing Operation and Planning process and trade system

Strong collaborator and cross functional working experience with strong inter-personal skills and drive for results.





Proactive in seeking recent ways/improvements in planning process/system

Fluency in English language.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

Experience in Trade CRM & planning tool (Salesforce, Anaplan, etc). Anaplan certification is preferred.

Experience in handling Trade marketing data

Proficient in PowerBi, Excel and Power-point

Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and summary presentations. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret, enhance and optimise reporting conducted via multiple Excel spreadsheets.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
