We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Influencer Marketing professional to join our team, focused on East and Northeast India. In this role, you'll conceptualize and execute high-impact influencer campaigns, drive creator partnerships, and build strong associations that enhance brand visibility and engagement across social platforms, with a specific edge in regional-language influencer marketing across Bengali, Odia, Assamese and Hindi-speaking eastern markets, along with the cultural sensitivity required to work across the Northeast. You already know which creators move the needle in Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Patna, Ranchi, Siliguri, Shillong and other key East and Northeast markets, and can turn that knowledge into sharp, scalable campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Devise and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies & execution for East and Northeast India, aligned with overall brand objectives





Own the full campaign lifecycle from creator shortlisting, negotiation, and onboarding to briefing, content tracking, and reporting

Build and maintain a strong, current network of creators across Bengali, Odia, Assamese and Hindi-speaking eastern markets, as well as key creator communities across the Northeast, spanning lifestyle, fitness, fashion, food, travel, music, and regional entertainment niches

Execute campaigns around key product launches, brand collaborations, and marquee brand events for the region

Act as the day-to-day point of contact for stakeholders, understand briefs, manage expectations and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
