Job Description

ARK Infotech Spectrum is hiring experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiters with 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing and Bench Sales.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC and other US work authorizations, along with excellent vendor management, communication, negotiation and consultant marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors and direct clients across the USA.
- Generate new requirements through vendor relationships, cold calling, emails and professional networking.
- Submit consultant resumes to suitable IT requirements.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors, clients and implementation partners.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors/clients.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups until placement.




- Work closely with consultants to understand skills, availability and project preferences.
- Maintain daily submission, interview and placement reports.
- Utilize platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, TechFetch and other job portals.
- Track consultant marketing activities and maintain accurate CRM/ATS records.
- Support consultant redeployment and maximize bench utilization.

Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US staffing and C2C processes.
- Good knowledge of OPT/CPT/H1B/EAD/GC/USC candidates.
- Strong vendor management and client relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
