Lead the Direct & Indirect Tax function, with ~70% focus on IDT and 30% on Direct Tax.
- Own GST compliance, advisory, audits, assessments, litigation and tax reconciliations.
- Drive direct tax compliance, tax planning, assessments and statutory reporting.
- Partner with Finance and business teams on tax implications of key transactions.
- Ensure timely compliance with evolving tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage tax authorities, consultants and external advisors.
- Identify tax risks and implement processes to strengthen governance and controls.
