Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Digital Content to support the day-to-day execution of Pacific's digital presence, social media, campaigns and digital content. The role will work closely with the Manager, Head of Digital Social Media and Brand Communications team. The successful applicant will be a marketing professional who can take responsibility for their workstream and contribute to building Pacific's marketing engine. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content or related roles. Robust content sensibility and written communication skills. Good coordination and attention to detail. Hands-on, curious and execution-oriented. This is an opportunity to play a hands-on role in building Pacific's digital presence and content engine at an early stage of the function. Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content: Manage day-to-day content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest, including content calendars, publishing and engagement.
- Digital Campaigns:



Support execution of paid and organic campaigns across Meta and Google and monitor campaign performance.
- Website SEO: Coordinate website updates and support basic SEO, keyword research and Google Search Console activities
- Analytics Reporting: Track social, website and campaign performance through GA4 and platform analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Lead Management: Track digital enquiries and leads and support their handover to Sales.
- Digital Execution: Coordinate with creative agencies, designers and other partners on digital requirements and content production.
- Hands-on experience managing social media, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and basic SEO / website analytics.
