Skills
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
- Good exposure to Fabrication equipment of Machining, Fabrication and Drawing
- Good knowledge of import procurement procedure
- Ability to negotiate with the supplier & finalize the source.
- Good knowledge of processes at KOV Operations
- Having valuable analytical skills
- Being proactive

Present Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling 15+ Vendors related with Bought out Valves commodities (i.e. Gate Valves, Check Valves, Globe Valves, Ball Valves, KG Valves , NRV, Foot Valves, Wiper Check Valves etc.)
- Average monthly spend for handling the commodity mentioned above is approximate Rs.2+ Cr
- Have ability to execute and deliver on commitment and proactively mitigate them.




- Performing regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements
- Coordinate with vendors for continuous quality improvement
- Working with all stake holders for better coordination and arranging supply for assigned commodities as per Plant requirements.
- Continuously working on supply relationship management.

Experience

10-15 Years

Achievements:
- Procurement of bought out material Valves commodities (i.e. Gate Valves, Check Valves, Globe Valves , Ball Valves, KG Valves , NRV, Foot Valves, Wiper Check Valves etc.)
- On time material balancing to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
- Inventory Analysis & action plan to liquidate the un allocated inventory
