Working Days : Monday Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Working Time : (9.30 AM - 6.30 PM)
Experience : A minimum experience of 5 years in the relevant field

Job Description :
To obtain employment and experiential opportunities in business, industry, academia for students in all programs of the business school. To counsel, prepare and enhance hiring potential of students, new graduates into the job market. To assist in the internships and placement of students.

Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written)
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- High Integrity
- Knowledge of Industry demographics will be an advantage.

Pre Placement Activities :
- Create new placement partners basis placement load across schools and managing existing placement




- partners for repurchase of placements, internships
- Student counselling sessions in house for graduation outcomes.
- Corporate Engagement activities like Guest Lectures, Student Trainings, Conclaves, Workshops etc

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify and establish relationships with potential corporate clients for student placements and internships.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new partners to collaborate with the institution.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build a robust professional network.
- Leverage existing connections and create new ones to enhance placement opportunities.
- Work closely with academic departments to understand the skill sets of students and align them with th requirements of corporate partners.
- Facilitate effective communication between academic staff, students, and corporate entities.
