Role & responsibilities

Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the IFS system. • Configure and customize IFS modules (e.g.,Enterprise Asset Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Projects, HR, CRM) based on best practices. • Design, configure, customize IFS PSO and associated modules. • Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the technical team during the implementation and post-go-live phases. • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and support. • Lead workshops and conduct functional demonstrations for stakeholders. • Collaborate with technical consultants to support integration, data migration, and reporting requirements. • Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, process flows, and training materials. • Provide end-user support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations. • Stay updated with IFS Cloud features, functionality, and roadmaps to advise on future enhancements.
