- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), ultra-HNIs, and channel partners.
- Maintain absolute discretion, professionalism, and etiquette during all client interactions.
- Conduct personalized, high-value site visits.
- Showcase master plans, infrastructure quality, legal compliance, and the lifestyle/investment benefits of premium land ownership.
- Handle high-ticket commercial negotiations regarding plot dimensions, facing, premium pricing, and payment milestones.
- Coordinate with legal and CRM teams to ensure seamless booking, documentation, and registration processes.
- Own individual and team-level revenue quotas, conversion ratios, and monthly/quarterly sales milestones.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.91 per month
