Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, campaign management, and performance analysis across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Plan and schedule content calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Coordinate with the design and content teams to create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.

Manage comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.

Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on social media growth and campaign effectiveness.





Manage paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.

Experience with social media management and analytics tools.

Excellent communication and content planning skills.

Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in running paid social media ads.

Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.

Experience working with design tools or coordinating with creative teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
