Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize our shop floor operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, maintaining quality and safety standards, and leading a team of Production Engineers, supervisors, technicians, and workmen. This role requires robust leadership, production planning,



and process improvement capabilities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality industrial electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Plan, monitor, and execute daily production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines and production targets.
- Team Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor Production Engineers, supervisors, technicians, and shop floor personnel to ensure efficient workflow and high productivity.
- Production Oversight: Oversee the structural and electrical assembly of power panels, rectifiers, battery chargers, DC systems, and other industrial electrical products.
- Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize productivity while minimizing downtime and production losses.
- Shop Floor Safety: Ensure strict adherence to industrial safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined 5S working environment.
