General Manager - Direct Sales Agency - Automotive:

We are looking for a General Manager to manage Sales, Operations, People, and Service for multiple 4-wheeler Direct Sales Agencies (DSA) across Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete P&L; responsibility of the outlet.
- Drive YOY growth, reporting directly to the Founder.
- Manage sales and registration data for Passenger cars and LCV industry.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Conduct market research and prepare analytical dashboards for publication.
- Manage data suppliers, trade organizations, and dealers to gain industry insights.
- Resolve issues through active communication with HQ and clients.
- Manage data quality and report anomalies.
- Develop current products around volumes and model mix.
- Prepare and circulate news bulletins for the company's International Electronic News Service.

Requirements:
- 10-25 years of experience in Automotive sales/operations.
- Used car experience preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate will be considered.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
