Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding recent hires, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (e.g., HR).
- Proven track record of success in hiring for India and International Market.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
