Job Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to manage and grow our commercial insurance portfolio, focusing on both EB and Non-EB products. This field-based role involves regular client visits to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring long-term relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with B2B clients through regular field visits and in-person meetings. You will be responsible for the new business generation.
- Focus on servicing existing client relationships and as well as identify and nurture new clients.
- Drive client retention and generate new business by presenting Employee Benefits and Non-Employee Advantages (cross sell) products and recommending policy upgrades or changes.
- Identify clients business needs and provide tailored risk management strategies using Employee Benefits (EB), Liability, or Asset Insurance solutions.
- Align clients with internal Subject Matter Experts to facilitate cross-sales, upsell, resell, or rollover opportunities.
- Conduct on-site assessments, client consultations, and insurance feedback reviews to enhance service quality.
