Role Overview

Were looking for a Senior Webflow Developer who can independently design, build, and maintain high-performance Webflow websites. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, takes ownership, and can collaborate directly with stakeholders without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive websites using Webflow.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow experiences.
- Build CMS-driven pages, interactions, animations, and reusable components.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Integrate third-party tools (Forms, CRM, Analytics, APIs, Zapier, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver projects independently with minimal guidance.
- Communicate directly with clients and internal teams on project progress.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Webflow.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Experience with Webflow CMS, animations,



and custom code.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Experience integrating third-party applications and APIs.
- Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
- Self-driven, accountable, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

Nice to Have
- Experience with GSAP, Memberstack, Wized, Xano, Airtable, or Zapier.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and Figma.
