Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex business processes using IBM BPM (Business Process Management) tools such as IBM Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
- Develop custom solutions for clients by analyzing their business requirements and designing tailored process workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues related to process execution, data integration, and system configuration.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Robust knowledge of IBM BPM/BAW (Business Analysis Workbench) software suite.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
