Role** Functional Consultant

Required Technical Skill Set** SAP RCM, RMK & Onboarding

Desired Experience Range** 6+ Years

Location of Requirement Gurugram, India

Must-Have**

1. Minimum 2-3 End to End implementation experience in SFSF RCM & RMK & Onbaording

2. Expertise in Career Site building, landing pages and recruiting marketing campaigns

3. Integration knowledge including EC, ONB and third party.

4. Valuable understanding of compliance forms, document management and e-signature building in Onboarding

5. Familirity with Role based permission, provisioning and role based permissions

6. Gathering document requirements, configuration decisions, Preparing the configuration workbooks

7. Provide Post-implementation support services including Incident Management, Release Management, and Enhancement requests.

8. Ablity to create integration points with external Job boards

Good-to-Have

1. Additional knowledge in Employee Central module and topics for pay structures creation
