Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Build and optimize lead-generation funnels for courses, workshops, e-learning products, and other offerings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and segmentation.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize bids, budgets, placements, and targeting for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, remarketing, audience lists, and automated campaign systems.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.




- Work closely with content, creative, sales, and marketing teams to improve the complete conversion funnel.
- Stay updated with Google Ads updates, industry trends, advertising policies, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Continuously test recent strategies, technologies, and automation processes to improve campaign efficiency.

Required Skills & Expertise
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and performance marketing.
- Proven track record of generating leads and achieving strong ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion-rate targets.
- Strong expertise in Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience targeting, funnel optimization, and attribution.
- Experience with landing-page optimization and lead-generation campaigns.
