Role Description

The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of wealthtech products, from discovery and definition to launch and iterative improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, conducting user and market research, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations,



and compliance teams. The role involves translating customer insights into clear product features, writing detailed product specifications and user stories, coordinating sprints, and monitoring product performance using data-driven metrics. The Product Manager will also align product initiatives with business goals, support go-to-market plans with marketing and sales, and ensure a seamless, compliant user experience for customers. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Qualifications
- Ability to define product vision and strategy, manage roadmaps, and prioritize features in alignment with business and customer needs.
- Experience in user research and market analysis, including gathering customer feedback, analyzing usage data, and identifying opportunities for product improvement.
