Role Description
The Management Information System Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Guwahati. This role involves managing and maintaining MIS databases, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and ensuring data accuracy for management decision-making. The executive will track key performance indicators, analyze trends, and present insights in clear formats. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with different departments to gather data, validating information, and updating dashboards or reporting tools.



The role also requires effective communication with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and support operational and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, with experience in maintaining and optimizing data systems.

• Solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities to interpret data, generate accurate reports, and support business decisions.

• Clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present findings to management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools or BI software is highly beneficial.

• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Attention to detail, ability to work with large datasets, and strong organizational skills.

• Prior experience in retail or service-oriented industries and familiarity with ERP systems would be an added advant
