What would you do?
Support the development and execution of CRM campaign assets including emails, landing pages, and personalized customer communications.

Convert approved creative designs into responsive HTML email templates and campaign assets.

Work closely with campaign teams, designers, QA analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality campaign executions.

Ensure campaign assets render correctly across major email clients, browsers, and devices.

Support personalization, dynamic content implementation, and campaign deployment activities.

Follow established coding standards, quality guidelines, and campaign development processes.

Contribute to continuous improvement by learning recent technologies, tools, and CRM best practices

What are we looking for?
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.




1-3 years of experience in HTML Development, Email Development, CRM Campaign Development, or Digital Marketing Operations.
Experience creating or modifying HTML email templates and digital assets.
Basic understanding of responsive design, email compatibility, and personalization concepts.
Eagerness to learn CRM platforms, marketing automation technologies, and campaign development best practices.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Must Have Skills:
Working knowledge of HTML development for email templates and landing pages.
Knowledge of CSS and responsive design principles.
Basic understanding of JavaScript.
