About the role

As an Insurance Operations Analyst, you will serve as the critical point of contact to ensure the integrity of the member data of U.S.



health insurance clients. This role is ideal for a high-ownership, solutions-oriented skilled who excels at managing technical and operational escalations, swiftly navigating systems to identify root causes, and resolving customer pain points with speed and precision.

You will actively engage in cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Engineering, Product, Carrier Operations, and Client-facing teams to articulate operational perspectives, drive clarity during high-impact discussions, and deliver timely turnarounds that ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying systemic process gaps, partnering closely with Supervisors and the broader BenOps sub-teams to communicate insights, recommend improvements, and ensure SOPs remain accurate, scalable, and aligned with evolving client requirements.
