About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and expand our market presence.

This is a
client-facing B2B sales role
involving lead generation, presentations, client meetings, negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct skilled presentations and product demonstrations.
- Visit client locations to understand requirements, present solutions, and build strong relationships.
- Identify new markets and business development opportunities.

? Prospect Follow-ups




- Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Schedule and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline toward closure.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

? Negotiation & Deal Structuring
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customized client requirements.

? Sales & Deal Closure
- Take ownership of opportunities from initial discussion to final closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate contracts, documentation, payments, and client onboarding.
- Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline.
