About the Role

Blessing Softtech is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle — from finding the right companies to talk to, through the demo and the negotiation, to the signed contract and the renewal after it. You will sell software and IT services to business buyers, which means understanding their problem properly before pitching anything.

This is a hunting role with real ownership. You will not be handed a list and told to dial it; you will help decide which markets we go after, build the pipeline yourself, and carry a target you had a say in setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research target companies and decision-makers across defined industries and geographies.




- Build qualified pipeline through cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp, referrals, events and inbound follow-up.
- Qualify leads against explicit criteria — budget, authority, need and timeline — before investing sales time in them.
- Maintain a consistent daily and weekly outreach cadence and hit activity targets.

Sales Cycle & Closing
- Run discovery calls to understand the client’s business problem, current setup, stakeholders and buying process.
- Deliver tailored product demos and presentations that map our solution to the client’s specific requirement.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, scope documents and commercial terms in coordination with the technical team.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, handle objections, and drive deals to close within committed timelines.
- Own and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Account & Relationship Management
- Manage the handover to delivery and stay invo
