PURPOSE OF THE JOB -

The incumbent in this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly operational MIS for analysis, highlighting progress on business metrics, campaigns, contests etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -

1. Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational MIS for analysis

2. Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs

3. Provide support and maintenance of existing reports/dashboards

4. Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner

5. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency

6. Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis

7. Generate both periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed

8. Share data cuts, dashboards,



slide decks for various reviews with the campaign managers, sales teams and senior management.

9. Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, VB and other techniques.

Candidate requirement -

1. Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

2. Advanced Excel skills - Functions, , Power BI, VBA, Macros.

3. Positive Communication, and presentation skills.

4. Good analytical and problem solving skills.

5. Strong collaboration & cross-functional stakeholder management skills

6. 3-6 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry
