Sales Executive | Sampada Equipments, Karad

About the Role

Sampada Equipments, Karad is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, following up with leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products, features, pricing, and suitable solutions to customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries and leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide a smooth sales experience.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in sales or a related role preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident in handling sales conversations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Candidates who are enthusiastic, proactive, and target-oriented are preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday
