Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and day-to-day MIS activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data and providing timely reports to management and various departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from different departments.
- Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets databases and trackers.
- Create management dashboards and performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs and highlight trends, discrepancies, and important insights.
- Prepare sales, employee, operational, and business performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required data.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.
- Positive knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Power BI / Looker Studio will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred
- Experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, operations, or business intelligence.
- Knowledge of Excel VBA/Macros, Google Apps Script, or automation will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from the B.Com, BBA, BCA, or related graduate background are preferred.
