About the Role

Credresolve is looking for a dynamic and experienced Collection Trainer to join our team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for training collection teams on communication, negotiation, customer handling, collection processes, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction, process and refresher training for collection callers/agents.
- Train employees on collection processes, calling etiquette, negotiation and customer handling.
- Ensure understanding and adherence to the Collection Code of Conduct and compliance guidelines.
- Conduct role plays, assessments and knowledge checks to evaluate trainee performance.
- Identify training gaps and implement corrective training programs.
- Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve agent productivity and collection performance.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments and performance reports.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees.

Required Skills & Experience




- Relevant experience as a Collection Trainer / Process Trainer, preferably in Collections, BFSI, Banking, NBFC or BPO.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and classroom training skills.
- Good understanding of collection processes and customer handling.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling knowledge.
- Ability to train and motivate large teams.
- Comfortable conducting training assessments and preparing training reports.
