What you'll own
- End-to-end implementation of WorkEdgeHR for client organisations
- Translating client requirements into software configuration modules, workflows, approval rules, roles and permissions
- Setting up org structures, employee processes and business rules in the system
- Cleaning, preparing and migrating client data into the application
- Configuration testing and running UAT with clients
- Logging product issues and coordinating fixes with the Product/Dev team
- Product demos, user training, and support through deployment and post-go-live
You're a fit if you have
- 2 - 4 years in software / product / SaaS implementation for external clients
- Hands-on experience across configuration, data migration, UAT and go-live
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
- Solid Excel and comfort handling structured data
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and reading business requirements
- Basic grasp of APIs, databases or integrations (a plus, not a must)
- The ability to learn a complex SaaS product fast
