Digital Marketing & Design Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete Digital Marketing, Branding and Creative Design function of the organisation.
- Develop and execute the companys digital marketing and brand communication strategy in line with business objectives.
- Manage the company’s presence across website, social media, digital platforms, marketplaces and other online channels.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement and business growth.
- Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop a consistent and qualified brand identity and visual communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Create and manage high-quality product catalogues, brochures, presentations, company profiles, product advertisements, packaging artwork, product labels and promotional material.
- Lead the complete creative design process, from concept development to final artwork and production.
- Develop engaging graphics, product creatives, banners,



videos, reels, animations and other digital content.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, production and management teams to understand product USPs and convert them into effective marketing communication.
- Develop content and creative campaigns for lubricants, greases, industrial products, automotive products and other company offerings.
- Manage the company website, including content, product pages, SEO, updates, enquiries and overall presentation.
- Drive SEO, Google presence, digital advertising, social media campaigns and online lead-generation initiatives.
- Track and analyse digital marketing performance, including reach, engagement, website traffic, enquiries, leads, conversions and campaign ROI.
