Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Customer Service Representative role based in Goregaon, Mumbai. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



You will handle customer communications effectively, manage customer accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in building and maintaining strong Customer Relationships and enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling diverse client needs
- 1-3 years
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues effectively
- Team collaboration and time-management skills to meet deadlines and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in software or SaaS customer support is a plus
- Working proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
