Role & responsibilities
- Manage and service Group Medical Cover (GMC) clients, acting as a claims and product expert
- Conduct client meetings to explain GMC coverage, and claims processes
- Partner with sales teams during pitches, renewals, and client interactions
- Support business retention and acquisition through robust client engagement
- Analyze claims data and present insights, trends, and utilization reports to clients
- Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with In-house TPA, underwriting, and various internal teams for seamless servicing & to resolve customer grievances
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and analytics-led discussions
- Monitor claims performance and recommend improvement actions WRT Digital Adoption/Utilization of Preferred Hospitals/Intimation etc
