About Go Green Solar

Go Green Solar is an Australia-based company providing professional solar energy services to residential and commercial customers. We are looking for 2 motivated Sales Executives based in India to join our growing team and support our Australian sales operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
- Follow up with existing leads and respond to customer enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our solar products and services.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for the Australian sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers to move leads through the sales process.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Communicate professionally with Australian customers.
- Work according to Australian business hours.

Requirements
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation is preferred.




- Excellent spoken English and transparent communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with Australian customers over the phone.
- Confident, positive, and persuasive personality.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Solar industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

The successful candidates must be comfortable working Australian business hours, which may require evening or night shifts in India depending on the Australian time zone.
