Job Description:

OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: Responsible for equipment maintenance, preventive planning, and safety compliance, contributing to the seamless operation of manufacturing machinery. Key Responsibilities: ?Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility systems, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, water, and waste management systems. ?Implement strategies to enhance energy efficiency within the manufacturing facility, optimizing utility consumption and minimizing operational costs. ?Coordinate the calibration and maintenance of utility-related equipment, ensuring accurate and productive performance.



?Prepare and submit periodic reports on utility maintenance activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. ?Adhere to safety protocols and standards in utility maintenance activities, fostering a secure working environment for all employees. ?Contribute to the development of budgetary plans for utility maintenance, monitoring expenses, and ensuring adherence to allocated budgets. ?Systematically manage the inventory of spare parts required for utility maintenance, ensuring timely availability to avoid disruptions.
