- Manage customer orders from order receipt, technical verification to final dispatch coordination.
- Review drawings, sizes, specifications and follow up for missing technical details/materials.
- Prepare Work Orders, BOQ/BOM, material requirements and ensure manager approval.
- Generate accurate job cards with drawings, specifications and hardware details for production.
- Monitor job progress/WIP across production stages and maintain the production dashboard.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Clients to ensure material availability and timely completion.
- Maintain order documentation, material consumption reports and ensure on-time dispatch with minimum errors.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
