They are seeking a seasoned Vice President to lead and institutionalize our end-to-end credit function, ensuring data led growth within a robust risk and regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Credit Risk Assessment:



Lead the evaluation of corporate credit proposals, ensuring adherence to and working towards evolving risk policies.
- Define and own credit policies, underwriting frameworks, and risk appetite across lending products
- Provide oversight and final approval on complex and structured credit proposals
- Monitor and manage the corporate credit portfolio, conducting regular reviews and tests to identify risks.
- Monitor and manage portfolio quality (delinquencies, NPAs, vintage analysis, concentration risk)
- Lead credit committees, risk reviews, and early warning mechanisms
- Structure cash-flow based and collateral-backed lending solutions
- Act as the senior credit interface for banks, co-lenders, and institutional partners
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, KYC/AML standards, audits, and governance requirements
- Build and lead high-performing underwriting and portfolio risk teams
