About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to own organic visibility for Bitontree across search engines and, increasingly, AI assistants. When a buyer searches Google or asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini about the kind of work we do, your job is to make sure Bitontree shows up.

Responsibilities

SEO
- Keyword research and content mapping for service, industry and product pages
- On-page optimisation titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking
- Technical SEO crawlability, indexation, site speed, sitemaps, redirects, canonicals
- Link building through digital PR, guest placements and directory listings
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile management

AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation)
- Structuring content to win featured snippets, People Also Ask and Google AI Overviews
- Implementing and validating schema markup (Organization, Article, FAQ, HowTo, Breadcrumb)
- Optimising content for conversational and question-based queries

GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)
- Tracking how Bitontree appears in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini responses




- Building the citation footprint these models draw on consistent business listings, review platforms, industry directories, community forums
- Creating original, quotable content that gives AI systems a reason to cite us

Content & research
- Briefing, editing and publishing content with our content and design team
- Competitor and market research tracking what others in our space rank for, publish and position around
- Turning research into content and positioning recommendations

Conversion & analytics
- Landing page conversion optimisation copy, structure, calls to action, form placement, A/B testing
- Owning GA4, Google Search Console and rank-tracking dashboards as the source of truth for website performance
- Monthly reporting on traffic, rankings, AI visibility, conversion rates and inbound leads
