Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Guwahati. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities across logistics, warehousing, workforce solutions, and eco-friendly packaging, with a focus on North-East India.



Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with operations and leadership teams to align solutions with client needs, ensure service quality, and support long-term partnerships. The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and represent ProgEx at client meetings, industry events, and presentations.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, workforce solutions, or sustainable packaging, with understanding of supply chain and operational processes.
