We are looking for an experienced Professionals to develop advanced analytical, machine learning, and AI solutions that generate measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop analytical models, machine learning solutions, experiments, and insight-generation approaches for complex business problems.
- Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and validation.
- Work closely with data engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, model relevance, and business applicability.
- Design and execute experiments, interpret results, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Support AI/ML use-case development from experimentation through production and value realization.
- Contribute to GenOps, model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.




- Communicate technical findings through clear data-driven storytelling to technical and non-technical audiences.

Technology Expertise
- Strong experience with Azure Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric (Notebooks/Lakehouse), Python, PySpark, SQL/KQL, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Vision/Computer Vision, MLOps, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, feature engineering, experimentation, model validation, Cognitive Services, and AI Search is expected.
- Functional & Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking, experimentation mindset, business storytelling, critical thinking, collaboration, curiosity, and ability to translate complex analytical results into clear business insights and measurable outcomes.
