Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct NHA, process/product training, nesting, and refresher sessions.
- Train teams on E-Commerce Seller Support, marketplace policies, and CRM tools.
- Conduct TNA, assessments, mock sessions, and performance-based upskilling.
- Coordinate with QA/Operations to identify gaps and improve performance.
- Maintain training reports, trackers, and batch performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience as a Process/Product Trainer in E-Commerce/BPO.
- Solid knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplaces.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/LMS and training tools.
