Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Review resumes, screen candidates over the phone or via video conferencing to determine eligibility for further consideration.
- Conduct initial interviews with selected candidates to assess their skills, knowledge, and fit for the role.
- Shortlist suitable candidates based on criteria like qualifications, experience, communication skills etc., and present them to hiring managers for final selection.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with applicants throughout the recruitment process to maintain a high level of candidate satisfaction.
