Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining ORU’s subscription plans, following up with interested customers, converting leads into confirmed registrations, and coordinating with the onboarding team.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100–200 outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
Introduce ORU and explain the doorstep car wash subscription and its benefits.
Clearly communicate subscription pricing, services, frequency, and terms.
Share service details with interested customers through WhatsApp.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed registrations.
Collect and verify customer details, including vehicle and address information.
Update call outcomes, customer information, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM/tracking sheet.
Coordinate with the onboarding team for confirmed customers.
Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed customers for service scheduling.
Achieve daily and monthly sales/registration targets.
Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.
Candidate Profile
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
