Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller – Sales & Marketing to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services to customers, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain company products, offers, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Generate recent sales opportunities through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide suitable information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders/sales.
- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
- Collect customer feedback and identify new sales opportunities.




- Promote company products through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
