We’re hiring a
Creative & Multimedia Lead
to lead our visual storytelling across:
- Films, reels & video content
- Photography & visual storytelling
- Design & creative direction
- Integrated campaign ideas
- Digital & social creative
- Patient-facing brand communication

This is not a role where you simply approve creatives.

We’re looking for someone who can take a brief, find the idea, shape the visual treatment, storyboard a film, direct a shoot, challenge an edit, guide a designer and take the work all the way to the finish line.

You should understand
both the idea and the craft behind it
.

What we’re looking for:

• Around 10–15 years of relevant experience

• Solid video and multimedia experience





• Excellent visual and creative judgement

• Experience across campaigns, films, digital and social content

• Ability to lead designers and multimedia teams

• Agency, creative studio, production or consumer-brand experience preferred

Healthcare experience is welcome, but not essential.

What matters more is the ability to communicate with
clarity, empathy and creativity
, especially in a category where trust matters.
