Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities, customer coordination, documentation, and order processing. The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel skills and good communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate with the sales team and customers for day-to-day requirements.
● Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, quotations, and other sales-related documents. ● Update and maintain customer and sales data in Excel/CRM.
● Track quotations, orders, deliveries, and pending customer requirements.
● Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Logistics to ensure smooth order execution.
● Follow up with customers and sales team for pending requirements and payments, wherever required.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
● Maintain accurate records of orders,



customer interactions, and sales activities.
● Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and data analysis.
● Ensure timely communication and follow-up on customer queries. Required Skills:
● Advanced Excel – Mandatory
● Good knowledge of formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, data sorting/filtering, and basic MIS reporting.
● Positive verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
● Good attention to detail and accuracy.
● Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation.
● Proficiency in MS Office.
● Experience in the Packaging Industry will be preferred.
● Candidates having exposure to packaging products, manufacturing, B2B sales, or industrial sales will have an advantage.
● Basic understanding of sales orders, quotations, invoicing, dispatch, and customer coordination will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
