Role Description
The Chief of Staff–MD role is a full time, on-site position based in Raipur,



supporting the Managing Director in strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, preparing briefs and presentations, and ensuring effective follow-through on key decisions and action items. The Chief of Staff–MD will review business performance, consolidate reports from various departments, and provide analytical insights to support strategic planning and execution. Daily responsibilities include managing the MD’s priorities and calendar, facilitating leadership meetings, driving internal communication on critical initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor on organizational issues. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leaders, monitoring progress on strategic goals, and contributing to process improvements and governance frameworks.
