Job Summary

We are looking for a strong and result-oriented Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment of technical candidates for the ISP and Telecom industry. The role involves sourcing and hiring Network Engineers, NOC Engineers, GIS Engineers, Developers, and other technical professionals. The candidate should have a basic understanding of networking and technical roles, strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify, engage, and close the right candidates quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen suitable candidates based on technical job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls.
- Recruit Network Engineers, NOC Engineers, GIS Engineers, Developers, and other technical professionals.
- Coordinate technical interviews with the technical team.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer and joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
- Basic understanding of Networking, NOC, IT Support, Development, and Telecom roles.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Technical background with recruitment experience is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
