Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Generate leads through telephone calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and services to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.
- Update customer information and call status in the company's records or CRM.

Preferred candidate profile




- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 02 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-friendly, confident, and polite attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Good Tamil and English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
