About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to join our team at Institute of Healthcare, Insurance & Risk Management (IHIRM). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and networking skills and be passionate about building strong corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies across healthcare, insurance, TPA, IT, and other relevant industries.

Connect with HR professionals and hiring managers to identify job openings for our students.

Coordinate and schedule placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.

Follow up regularly with companies regarding hiring requirements and interview feedback.





Share candidate profiles with recruiters and track the recruitment process.

Build new corporate partnerships to generate placement opportunities.

Maintain placement records, company databases, and recruitment reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure students are interview-ready.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.

Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets
