Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for automotive domain positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
